Yoga Flow With Light Weights

Looking to amp up your stretching routine by making it more challenging, fun and rewarding for your body? Incorporating light weights into yoga exercises is a simple and effective way to achieve this goal. 

​

By adding gentle resistance to your stretches and poses, you engage your muscles on a deeper level, enhancing both flexibility and strength. Light weights also allow us to engage in bigger ranges of movement which is especially suitable for smaller joints like the shoulders.

​

For this pop up class, guest teacher Stella will be taking you through a whole body routine with an emphasis on shoulders and back.

​

All you need for this class is a 2-3 kg weight (a dumbbell/soup cans/1 litre mineral water bottles). This is a multi-level class where variations are offered and the exercises are taught progressively, making it suitable for beginners.
