Mindful movement can be very helpful in keeping the body and mind healthy but it isn't always easy to find time to do so regularly. This is a 40-minute online class with a mix of dynamic flow and static poses so that you can move, breathe, stretch and connect to yourself for an energizing start to the day. Can't attend the class live? You will also receive recording access on the same day with access till Sat in the same week. Practice at a convenient time and repeat as often as you like! ----------------------- Class Details Date & Time: 7.30 - 8.10 am Every Tue in Dec Location: Online via Zoom Recording Access? Yes. You will receive a link to the class recording with access till Sat in the same week. Suitable For: Practitioners with some basic experience in Hatha/Flow/Hatha Flow classes. Options will be provided for different levels.
