Yinner Balance

Make time for yourself with this 75-min Yin Yoga class that can help relieve stiffness, improve flexibility, nourish circulation and calm both body and mind.


We'll explore different themes including self myofascial release, chinese medicine, meridians and mindfulness with classic Yin Yoga practice in different classes. The class is kept small to ensure a cozy atmosphere with plenty of personal attention.
