Self myofascial release is a self massage technique which allows you work into tight spots within the body and release tension while building greater awareness of your inner landscape.
By working mindfully with myofascial release balls, this practice can help to smooth out feelings of muscle knots, aid in tissue recovery, increase circulation, improve range of motion and flexibility.
This class combines myofascial release with grounding Yin postures to give your body and mind the space to let go of life's stresses.

Join Ashley and Catherine for a special Yin Yoga and Sound Healing session that weaves the ancient wisdom of energetic meridians from Chinese Medicine together with the deep healing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls for a unique experience.
During this meridian inspired Yin practice led by Catherine, Ashley will be giving each participant a personal sound bath guided by these energetic pathways in the body.
Sound waves from the healing bowls are able to penetrate every single cell in the body, allowing the powerful resonance to remove energy blocks, facilitate deep relaxation and bring the body back to a state of balance.
