Yoga Sutras Online Course
Bringing Ancient Yogic Wisdom From The Mountains
Yoga is practiced widely around the world right now and the number of practitioners is increasing day by day. There are also practitioners who may have practiced techniques of yoga for a long time and find themselves asking "What's next?"
Are physical postures or asana all there is to yoga?
For practitioners who want to go further in their yoga journey and explore the vast universe of the yogic system, yogic literatures provide enlightening insight and guidance.
These literatures usually date back thousands of years and contain the experiences of those before us who had reached great heights of yogic practices and left blueprints behind for all future generations in the field of yoga.
Among many of these classic texts, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali is one of the most systematic where the science of yoga is explained in a structured and organised manner. By following the steps detailed in the yoga sutras with an open, sincere and honest heart, one can go further in your yoga journey. With dedication to practice, it will be possible to experience the things mentioned in the sutras and grow to reach the ultimate purpose of human existence.
So if you wish to know the true potential of yoga and the possibilities that it can offer, you are most welcome to embark on this course to discover the map left behind by Sage Patanjali to guide us on this amazing journey.
